Online Therapy Tailored to Your Needs
Services
I offer psychological therapy and assessment for individuals, couples and families across the lifespan. Whether you're navigating a particular difficulty, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I provide a space to explore what matters to you.
My approach is integrative, evidence-based and tailored to your individual needs, drawing on a range of psychological approaches to help you make sense of your experiences and work towards meaningful, lasting change.

Psychological assessment can help develop a deeper understanding of your experiences, strengths and difficulties, particularly when things have felt confusing or difficult to make sense of.
Depending on your needs, assessment may involve exploring your personal and developmental history, current experiences and patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour, alongside the use of appropriate psychological assessment tools.
The aim is to develop a thoughtful, individualised understanding of your experiences and provide clear, meaningful recommendations to help guide next steps.

Individual therapy offers a confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences, without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.
I work with adults and young people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, relational difficulties, low self-esteem, identity, stress and life transitions. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll work together to understand what might be contributing to your difficulties and find ways forward that feel meaningful and manageable for you.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate and grounded in psychological evidence, with therapy adapted to your needs, preferences and goals.

Relationships can be deeply rewarding, but they can also be complicated. Sometimes couples find themselves caught in patterns of communication, conflict or disconnection that are difficult to understand or change on their own.
Couples therapy provides a space for both partners to feel heard, explore their perspectives and better understand the dynamics shaping their relationship. Drawing on systemic approaches and research into what helps relationships thrive, I support couples to improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust and strengthen emotional connection.
My role isn't to take sides or decide who is right or wrong, but to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourselves, each other and the patterns shaping your relationship, so that you can find more helpful ways of moving forward together.

Family relationships can be a source of enormous comfort and support, but they can also bring challenges, misunderstandings and difficult emotions.
Family therapy offers an opportunity to explore how family members relate to one another, understand different perspectives and recognise patterns that may be contributing to difficulties. Whether you're navigating conflict, changes in family circumstances, emotional difficulties or challenges supporting a loved one, we can work together towards greater understanding and more helpful ways of relating.
My approach recognises that every family is different, and that meaningful change often begins with feeling heard and understood.

Clinical Psychologist
HCPC registration: PYL048873
Hello! I’m Georgie.
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist based in London, offering remote therapy for individuals, couples and families. I work with adults and young people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, such as anxiety (including health anxiety and social anxiety), eating difficulties (including restrictive eating, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and ARFID), phobias, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma, identity, chronic illness, bereavement, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties and adjustments.
I work in a neuro-affirming way and have experience supporting neurodivergent
individuals and their families. I understand, from the inside, what it can feel like to move through the world in a brain that does not quite fit the standard mould. Rather than expecting you to adapt to therapy, I adapt therapy to you, your pace, your communication style, and your way of making sense of things.
My approach is trauma- informed, considering all aspects of who you are: your identity, your relationships, your culture, your history, and the wider context of your life. What matters most to you stays central. I believe that good therapy is built on genuine human connection. While my work is grounded in professional training, it is also shaped by my own lived experience of navigating adversity. Those experiences led me to this profession and allow me to connect with those I work with on a deeply human level, with authenticity and an appreciation of how important it is to feel truly heard, understood, and accepted when life feels difficult.
Whether you want to make real, lasting change or simply need a safe space to explore your feelings, reflect, and make sense of your experiences, I will work with you at your pace, towards what matters to you.
Reaching out for support takes courage and may come with uncertainty. Whatever brings you here, I will endeavour to make sure you feel listened to, supported, and that our work together feels truly meaningful.

Testimonials
“It was such a pleasure working with Georgie. I've been in and out of therapy since I've been a child and I would say she is one of the best therapists I've ever had in my life.
She has all the right qualities, she's smart, emotionally intelligent and most importantly it feels like she actually cares. She was personable and warm, she displayed an unparalleled emotional intelligence which I have yet to see in any other therapist I have previously worked with. She allowed me to vocalise all my thoughts as messy as they were and would often provide me feedback that would help me connect the dots together, providing me useful insights into myself, my character, the cycles I'm repeating and the steps I'm taking in life.
I felt like I was talking to someone who truly wanted the best for me and genuinely, it felt like both myself and her were taking on my problems together, rather than her just giving me her opinion. She had the perfect balance of being considerate and attentive whilst still guiding me in a clear positive direction in terms of long term goals and breaking unhealthy cycles for myself. It was honestly such an incredible experience working with Georgie, I feel like she really had a lifelong impact on me.”

“Georgie was very good at making me feel I was in a safe place to open up, which is something I struggle to do. I could tell she wasn’t judging me and she made me feel comfortable. She helped me put a routine in place and increase what I was eating.
Without her, I wouldn’t be or think the way I do today and I would still be having the same struggles. She’s really helped me; she was always kind and positive even when I thought I hadn’t had a great week.”

“Georgie was warm and genuine; I never felt judged in any capacity. She absorbed and understood each sentence I spoke, and never missed a beat. I have gained new insight into my issues and have learnt new skills to manage my symptoms.
I would like to thank her for her careful and considered technique. She demonstrated a client centred approach and was skilled in applying CBT in a kind and gentle manner.”
