Includes:

  • Pre-assessment questionnaire

  • 90-minute clinical interview

  • Relevant psychological questionnaires, where appropriate

  • Collaborative discussion of an initial psychological formulation

  • Verbal recommendations and possible next steps

  • Brief written summary of key recommendations

Comprehensive Psychological Assessment

For someone wanting a more detailed, lasting record of their psychological assessment, including an individualised formulation.

Includes:

  • Pre-assessment questionnaire

  • 90-minute clinical interview

  • Relevant psychological questionnaires, where appropriate

  • A personalised written psychological report

  • A psychological formulation exploring how difficulties may have developed and what maintains them

  • Identification of strengths, protective factors and helpful coping strategies

  • Individualised recommendations for support or intervention

  • A separate 30-minute feedback appointment to discuss the report and answer questions

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life doesn't always go to plan, and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rearranged. If you need to make a change, I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible.

As your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 72 hours' notice: No charge.

  • Between 48 and 72 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: Full session fee.
